Format:              3 x live, interactive Zoom sessions (90 minutes each)

Designed for newly promoted sales managers who need to shift from “doing the selling” to leading a team. Together we’ll build your management toolkit – from coaching and 1:1s, to pipeline discipline and performance conversations – all tailored to your team and targets.
