Debra Sharron has been working in media sales for over 20 years and brings all of her experience into the training room to share with delegates. She is passionate about developing sales talent and confidence for professionals operating across commercial teams in the fast changing world of digital and traditional media.
Debbie is a senior associate and a highly experienced trainer and consultant specialising in sales, negotiation, presentation, sales planning and setting strategy. Her consultancy work includes advising on presentation content and delivery as well as pitch projects, so the training she offers is relevant and up to date. She has also managed large sales teams both in newspapers and magazines.
Tracey has had worked in varied disciplines across the media industry for leading publishing companies including EMAP and Hearst UK for well over twenty years. Her career has covered everything from new business development, selling creative solutions, sales management and digital marketing training.
For the past 4 years Tracey was the North West Commercial Training Manager for Reach PLC (formerly Trinity Mirror) responsible for all aspects of training and coaching – across all sales skills, staff induction, and selling digital marketing products – including social media, display, native content and PPC.
Tracey is also a qualified assessor and has recently completed a BTEC in Education and Training and regularly attends digital workshops / online events to keep abreast of the latest industry developments.
Dave has been working in Digital Media since 1999.
Having worked at 3 leading agencies (level, Havas and Omnicom) and two international networks (Advertising.com and Ybrant), he has a wealth of experience in both the buying and selling of conventional and Programmatic display activity. Dave has been active within several Trade Bodies, negotiating on behalf of the agency community with both IASH and the DTSG, as well as regularly engaging with the AOP, IAB and IPA.

Jo has worked on the agency side of the media industry for over 18 years. She writes and tutors courses ranging from negotiating, excellent client servicing and management techniques. She is currently also studying for a degree in Psychology.
